GUIDELINES FOR INVITERS

·Call and book early. You should confirm the film showing schedule at least two weeks before the date. If you fail to do so, we will not come.

·We do not lend films, equipment or vehicles. Ours is a total evangelistic pakage. We prefer to work open-air as this draws a bigger crowd. During the rainy season, be ready with an alternate venue that has a roof.

·In distant places requiring long hours of driving, we will go with a minimum schedule of two consecutive nights to make the most out of the trip. You must provide meals and sleeping accommodations.

·Secure the necessary permits. Promote the film showing. We can give you free film posters if you can find the time to drop by our office.

·You must have enough counselors. We can teach your church workers how to counsel and how to fill up decision cards in about 30 minutes before the film showing.

· The preaching of the gospel must be clear and brief, emphasizing the salvation of Jesus Christ. There must always be an invitation in the end to pray to receive Jesus as Lord and Savior. It is important to get a decision card for each person who prays to receive Jesus.

· This ministry is a partnership with you. Your share, at the very least, is to cover travelling expenses cost such as diesel fuel and toll fees. If applicable, expenses may also include ferryboat fare or gasoline for the use of the power generator. You will be issued a receipt for any and all love gifts received.
